We deliver quality repair solutions you can trust.

At Carolina Fluid Components, we understand today’s Industrial Repair Market requires fast, accurate and dependable repairs in order to maintain production and inventory demands. All repairs are tested to perform at the manufacturers’ specifications. In fact, CFC can repair practically any brand of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment: cylinders, valves, pumps, accumulators, and hydraulic motors. Our state-of-the-art repair facility allows our factory-trained repair technicians to perform extremely reliable repairs – all backed by rigorous three-phase testing and solid warranties.

CFC technicians fully test all repaired items prior to shipment.

CFC repairs are warranted for parts and workmanship for one year of service after installation, or two years after the date of shipment.

Each unit is broken down and every individual component is thoroughly inspected for failure. Upon approval, the repair is performed using genuine OEM parts. The repair isn’t finished until we perform a comprehensive hydraulic test to OEM specification.

After a thorough evaluation and approved repair estimate, all CFC electronic component repairs are completed using only the highest quality equipment and parts. Every component is then tested and compared to OEM standards. A custom test and rigorous three-phase quality control check is performed to certify the repair.

Rodless Cylinders

All internal components are inspected for wear and tolerances. When the evaluation is complete, CFC provides a repair quote. Upon approval, a complete repair is performed and followed by comprehensive, three-phase testing.

Servo/Proportional Valves

All valve evaluations begin with a complete inspection of internal parts comparing the flow, hysteresis, AFSA wear and internal leakage to OEM specifications. Tolerances are then calculated and computed to verify working order; coils and electronics are tested and measured. The repair is completed based on our CFC three-phase repair system.

Tie-Rod and Extruded Body Cylinders (4.00″ bore and up)

All internal components are inspected for wear and tolerances. Once a thorough evaluation has been completed and a repair quote approved, CFC conducts the repair work using high-quality parts. All parts are then subject to our rigorous three-phase testing process.
